Hey guys, A great circuit workout that you can easily fit into your daily routine could be the difference between maintaining your goal weight and falling off the wagon. It doesn’t take long to perform but can help you maintain blood flow, challenge your muscles and burn an extra 300-500 calories a day. So I thought I’d give you a quick, free, no weights needed workout that you can do at home or really anywhere you have a little space. This circuit is great for anyone who doesn’t own any gym equipment, doesn’t have a gym membership, doesn’t have time to get to a gym, is traveling or simply would rather workout in the peace and quite of their own home once in awhile.Check it out, it’s not an advanced workout but you can make it harder by increasing the pace by which you are performing the circuit, increase the duration of the exercise being performed by slowing down your movements of each exercise or performing more sets of the circuit.
