Question by Franny: Where are the best places to take Kickboxing Classes on Long Island, Nassau County?I’m looking for a real kick butt class, not an aerobic kickboxing class. I want to use boxing gloves and hit real punching bags. I’m also looking for a place to train that is clean, safe and professional and will help me to burn fat and tone up. I hear that kickboxing is one of the fastest ways to do that and I’m hoping to get in shape as fast as I can. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
