Normally, I prefer using modern and direct fitness program such as The Truth About Abs, Tacfit Commando, or Tacfit Kettlebell Spetsnaz. There is also other programs that I have tried and applied constituents of it each now and then such as P90x and AbJam. I have never been somebody who plays or tinkers around with PS3, Xbox, or Wii systems. I am always mesmerized in looking at progressed ways to become physically active.

The Active 2 Personal Trainer for Wii is a highly interactional exercise program using the Wii system. It comes with two monitors in which one attaches to your left arm and the other attaches to your right thigh. Also, you may have to hold on to the game remote for the duration of these exercise movements.

There are respective levels of fitness levels (e.g. beginner, intermediate, and advance). As you set-up your personal profile which takes only a few minutes, it will prompt you to exercise for when it comes to 4 days a week with 3 days of rest. It will keep track of your progress using the memory stick that comes with the Active 2 Personal Trainer. There is likewise a immune band with a strap handle that is to be applied with immune exercises (such as squats with presses, hammer curls, back rows, etc.). It takes regarding 20-25 minutes to finish a session which is not long. You have a series of 24 sets of exercise movements which includes warm-up, exercises, cardio-type, and cool downs. There is unquestionably variety. The sessions also vary as you progression towards your exercise program.

Overall, I get enjoyment from the Active 2 Personal Trainer. Here are reasons why I receive pleasure from it:

* It is highly interactive. It feels that you have an actual live person motivating you.

* It gives feedback for the duration of your exercise movements.

* It has varying types of exercises. It beats just going on a treadmill at a ceaseless pace.

* It does give a sufficiently good workout. Not as challenging for the ones I am used to such as kettlebells and innovative bodyweight exercises, but it is a great supplementary workout for those who get enjoyment from difficult exercises.

There were some drawbacks.

* You may lose connection because of the sensory bar not picking up your motion. You may have to buy a more prominent sensory bar to help you with this issue.

* I find it difficult to alter my exercise after I embark on it. Maybe, I am still a novice with this system but it was an issue with me.

The Active 2 Personal Trainer for Wii is a good exercise program to supplement my current program of kettlebells and other movements. It may be an precise fit for others who just want to use this system.
