In this day and age, people want to get and stay fit, but we don’t always have the time for a gym membership. So a fitness exercise workout at home is the idealisti answer to those of us who are too busy for working out in a gym… but the dirty little mystery is this: I’ve found a way to exercise at home and get better results than a gym workout, with no instrumentation and in a fraction of the time. Benefit #1: Time You plainly have a time vantage at home, so I won’t go into too much detail here. You have no travel time. No setting up child care. But I may show you how to condense your exercise time into a fraction of “normal” workouts and get better results! You will spend regarding 15 minutes exercising your whole body and getting better results than routines that take numerous times longer. If this sounds good to you, then read on…. Benefit #2: The System Now, the system you follow, your exercise routine, is what will get you your results or not, depending on what you are looking for, and if the scheme is good or not. The scheme I want to talk to you in regards to is perfective for toning and sculpting the body (burning fat), as well as building strength and muscle mass. It’s called isometric muscle training. You will work out your entire body in just 10-15 minutes a day, depending on your exercise goals. It’s almost too simple. But it works. Isometrics isolates the percentage of the exercise that is most effective, magnifies it, and exhaustively exhausts the muscles. This gives you an unbelievable workout, unbelievable results, all in an fantastically short amount of time! The science is solid. Isometric contraction is the principle that stretching (contracting) a muscle ONCE will achieve the same development results as exercising that muscle rigorously for 30 minutes. The key is in the body position (there is no movement) and also the INTENSITY of the muscle contraction. The intensity is the key here. And in 1953, scientists named Hettinger and Mueller reported that isometric contraction exercises for 6 seconds each and everyday resulted in 5% strength gain per week! So, the real gains of any fitness exercise workout procedure at home depend on the scheme you use. The time gain is real. But if you want the best muscle gains and/or toning and sculpting, look into isometrics. |
