The hula hoop has been around for decades. Kids use it to have fun. Acrobatic performers use it to display their agility and coordination skills. Women use it for fun. Not a heap of guys I recognise use it- including myself. But, I observe it a lot because I see my wife use it regularly and likewise various of my younger nieces. My wife has well-toned abs and midsection. Thus, there has to be some gains with using the hula hoop as a tool (just like a mute bell or even a kettlebell) to tone your body exceptionally your midsection.

She can not carry out the motion as long because it is heavier, but she sweats much more and feels the exercise motion more.
So, go in front and get out the hula hoop from the toy bin or from the back of the closet. It is a fantastic and fun workout- or so I have been told by my wife. When you continually do an exercise because it is fun, you will proceed to do that activity. The hula is a fun tool and a fun activity. And, the results it does to your body do not lie.

Don’t Buy By Jessica Reese Do not buy this product. It hurts like h*ll to undertake using and you can’t return it once you find that out. A total waste of money.
I thought it might just take a little while for my stomach to get employed to it; so I tried to grin and bare it. My goal was to hula hoop for 1 minute. I got 15 seconds and my stomach was killing me. Not killing me as in it was a little sore from working out… Killing me as in bruised instantaneously from the way it pounds versus you. Directly after using it I had a red mark on my stomach that felt like a bruise for a couple of days.
I wouldn’t commend this product to anybody.

Not Satisfied! By Nathan J. Boudreaux I have tried weighted hula-hoops before and loved the results and the feel of excercising with them. This one was rather difficult to use in that it was not completly circular. We called the manufacturer and they were exceedingly nice, professional & apologetic saying it will have to have been defective, so accorded to send a replacement. The new one came within a couple of weeks, but was no better. I would commend attempting another product.

amazing! By Jay Gatsby I love this hoop! I was watching Good Morning America and the gentleman that holds the worlds record for most rotations in 1 min said he was using the j/fit weighted hoop to set the record. I’ve been wanting to do a hula-hoop related workout for a while, so I figured that he would be using the best hoop available so I ordered one that day, and I am so glad I did! It comes with soft neoprene over an evenly disseminated weighted ring. It’s great material that doesn’t snag on my clothes.
The other reviews brought up that it hurt, I have had no problems, but it is weighted, it’s not the old fashion plastic hoop!
The huge size made it a little difficult to start, but I speedily became more proficient at hooping and love the workout that the huge size gives me. It takes more venture to get it around than your basic hoop, accordingly it’s a outstanding workout. I’m tardily getting better, I’ve managed to walk a couple steps around my living room. I want to make this a each day routine so that I may do a good deal of more of the moves to improve the workout. I unquestionably observe my stomach getting stronger!
