Exercise instrumentation is expensive. Gym memberships are even more costly over time. You don’t have a lot of free space in your calendar to workout. You want to get in shape, have a better body, but you don’t think you may afford it or have time to do it. Resistance bands are light, inexpensive, and effective. You don’t have to set isolated a particular room just to hold resistance bands, they may be stashed in a drawer or closet in a matter of seconds. You don’t have to budget for resistance bands, even the top quality bands are less than $100 for a full set. You need an exercise program that you may do at your own pace, on your own schedule, and preferably in your own home. For less than $100 you may have a home gym that will grant you to work all of your muscles and even burn off extra pounds through cardio. A cheap home gym that may be stashed away in seconds and may even be taken with you when you go on vacation or a business trip. Your exercise instrumentation will have to be a solution, not a burden. Here are the things you will need: 1 – A set of resistance bands. Make sure you get a set that has high quality rubber and handles and includes a door anchor. The door anchor allows you to do dozens more exercises than just using the bands alone. 2 – A workout mat. You will want something comfortable and sturdy that you may put on the floor when you need to lie on your back, stomach or sides. A good workout mat will prevent you from hurting your spine or getting uncomfortable while exercising. 3 – An instruction book. There are some books on the market that may tell you how to carry out a finish head to toe workout using resistance bands. Make sure to look for one that is commended by others and has good reviews. 4 – A workout DVD. Some exercises are hard to explain in writing. A good DVD that focuses on resistance bands will grant you to see the exercises in action, performed by real humans making it having little impact to do the same exercises yourself. These four items will give you all that you need to get started getting in shape, dropping pounds, and most significantly – feel better. For less than $100 you may have a finish home gym that you may even take with you. A home gym that may be stored anyplace and provides a finish and challenging workout. |
