I am going to show you how to increase the speed of your punching to a lighting fast level by using a few simple tricks that closely any individual may master. Punching speed is a critical factor of punching power, and it will have to be mastered in order to fetch your strikes to the next level. Here are a few tips that you may use to increase you punching speed in a short amount of time of time: 1. Practice shadow boxing with a pair of hand weights. Perform as a great deal of punches as you may until you get too fatigued and commence to lose good form.
