WORKOUT????????????????????????????????

What is the best workout for me if I have only this equipment : treadmill, 1 25lbs. dumbbell, and curling bar that only has 45 lbs on it??????????? please let me knowWarm up on treadmill for 5 min. Then run for 9 if you can then go 9 to 2 9 to 2 dumbbells over your head down and up and curl it towards your chest after that both sides I also (you can do more if you want be inventive) Curl bar lift from the legs and put down that it then do one pick up from your legs pull up to your chest
